The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified vendors to renovate the rotunda (entrance way) at the Bay County Government Center located at 840 W. 11th Street, Panama City, Florida 32401. This project will remove the existing ceramic tiled rotunda area and connecting areas (approximately 4,524 square foot) and replacing it with a slip-resistant durable exterior coating system. Work includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing ceramic tile and mortar, heavy grinding of substrate with dust protection measures, application of a specific primer with sand aggregate, installation and polishing of the specific concrete levelling base system, final finish system is a specific blend of colors (matrix) with a UV resistant topcoat and with heavy integral slip resistant granules, installation of new recessed door mats, monumental stairs are to be removed and replaced with a short ADA ramp divided by 2 small dividers/planters with illuminated handrails. The facility will be fully occupied, and the work is to be done in up to four phases to maintain a safe full-time operational facility. At least two of the three main building entrances shall remain open with a clear path of egress at all times.

The successful firm(s) will provide comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for various projects at Gulf Coast State College. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis under a continuing contract in accordance with Florida Statute 287.055. Typical projects may include, but are not limited to: HVAC system upgrades, replacements, and retrofits Energy efficiency improvements and commissioning Electrical distribution systems, lighting upgrades (including LED and controls), and emergency power systems Fire alarm and life safety systems Plumbing system upgrades and water conservation measures Building automation systems (BAS) and controls Roof-top unit replacements and central plant improvements MEP infrastructure for new construction, renovations, and additions Arc flash studies, power quality assessments, and code compliance upgrades

The purpose of this bid is to receive firm pricing for various Water Main Improvement Materials for Beulah Avenue from one or more companies as well as a manufacturer warranty for each item. Each bidder shall become fully informed to the extent and character of the product(s) required prior to submitting a bid. No consideration will be granted for any alleged misunderstanding of the material to be furnished or work to be done. It must be understood that the submission of a bid is an agreement with all the items and conditions referred to herein.

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified contractors to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies to resurface/rehabilitate approximately 1.04 miles of Bay County roads. The project will consist of milling and removal of existing pavement structure, replacement of base material, paving, and stabilization of all disturbed areas.

The project includes minor stormwater improvements to Mill Bayou Boulevard. All bidders shall be FDOT certified in the following major classes of work: Flexible Paving, Sidewalks, Drainage, Grading, Grassing, Seeding and Sodding (can be subcontractor) and Pavement Markings (can be subcontractor).

The Work of this contract generally includes improvements, modifications, and additions to: streetscape, lighting, landscape and irrigation, hardscape, roadway improvements, signage, and minor utilities and site furnishings and construction as indicated on drawings and as specified: between 7th Street and 10th Street along Florida Avenue; and between 7th Street and 12th Street along Ohio Avenue; and 7th Street through 10th Street connectors between Florida Avenue and Ohio Avenue. Work is generally limited to within the Right-Of-Way of the designated areas. This Project is partially federally funded by the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Hometown Revitalization Program and the federal contract provisions, including, but not limited to, the Davis-Bacon Payroll Reporting are required. Bonds and insurance requirements apply. The Work of the Project is defined by the Bid Scope Documents.

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified contractors to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies to resurface approximately 2.818 miles of CR 2321 from the Deer Point Lake Bridge to SR 75 (US 231) incorporating the addition of two new turn lanes within these project limits. The project will consist of earthwork operations, sheet pile installation, adjustments to existing headwalls, installation of guardrail, milling, paving, placement of pavement markings and signage, installation of cross drain pipes, and stabilization of all disturbed areas.

The scope of the project will include the construction of a parking lot at a presently undeveloped property using asphaltic-concrete paving as shown in the plan set. The parking lot is located at 1128 Chestnut Avenue (Bay County Parcel ID 29811- 000-000).
