Description
The Residential Construction and Development Department (RCD) of the Seminole Tribe of Florida is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to pre-qualify multiple contractors in providing planning, design, and construction for infrastructure, site development, and home construction services for single-family and multi-family homes. The services will be performed for various residential construction projects located on some or all reservations, other restricted Tribal Trust Land, and certain fee property owned or leased by the Seminole Tribe of Florida in the State of Florida.
