Description
The City of Deerfield Beach will receive sealed bids from individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities authorized to do business in the State of Florida,to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to manufacture, deliver and unload one(1) complete and ready for service a pump motor for reverse osmosis plant feed, in accordance with the terms, conditions, scope of work for the above-mentioned Invitation to Bid (ITB). Questions and Answers: The City provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through eProcurement Marketplace by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The City will respond to all questions via eProcurement. Licensing Requirements: The Vendor shall hold all licenses, registrations, and certifications required by law to manufacture, supply, and deliver the equipment specified in this ITB. The Vendor must have an active registration with the Florida Division of Corporations prior to the bid submittal deadline.
