Description
Milling existing pavement of approximately 27,500 SF or 3056 SY of parking lot area, finishing the milled surface, and placement of new asphalt pavement in a single SP 12.5 asphalt @ 165 lbs/sy. Parking striping will be required as shown on the site plan, along with a white stop bar, and removal and reinstallation of concrete wheel stops. Scope of work includes milling, reworking and finishing milled surface asphaltic concrete pavement, erosion control, grassing, painted pavement markings and incidental items.
