Description
Columbia County Board of County Commissioners is seeking proposals for a comprehensive removal, installation, and site-improvement within the Courthouse grounds and surrounding parking-lot areas. This work will include demolition of existing plants, stump removal, mulch strip-out, restoration of beds, and installation of new specified plants. A complete irrigation system inspection and repair is required prior to placement of any new landscaping elements.
