CRA Roof Rehab - 801 W. Hernandez St, Pensacola, FL
Remove existing roof covering the decking and replace any deteriorated or damaged decking with like, kind, and quality of existing materials. Repair or replace any damaged roof framing to include rafter tails, rafters, and barge rafters. Refasten and certify decking attachment. Install a peel and stick underlayment water barrier. Replace the existing drip edge with a new metal drip edge. Install new slant-back vents, replace gas vent caps and all flashing as required. Replace all boots with new lead, EPDM, and/or metal boots. The navigation lights on Bob Sikes Bridge are designated for monthly inspection. All other street light maintenance and repairs will be based on service calls. The number of lights to be maintained will vary as locations are added or deleted during the contract term.
