The project consists of underground utility construction, reconstruction of 915 linear foot of Tenth Street and the construction of a 958 linear foot access road from Tenth Street to Lighthouse Plaza, a new workforce housing development, in Port St. Joe.

The Board of County Commissioners, herein referred to as the "COUNTY", is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified Engineering Firms, herein referred to as the ENGINEER, to provide contract administration, inspection, and materials sampling and testing, for roadway improvements on Gardenia Street. The proposed scope of work will include resurfacing and addition of paved shoulders of approximately 0.628 miles of roadway. Engineering firms shall be FDOT qualified in Work Type 10.1: Roadway CEI.

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to complete all electrical and process instrumentation systems work as specified here and shown on the Contract Drawings. The work, apparatus and materials furnished under these Specifications and accompanying Drawings shall include all items listed here and shown on the Drawings. Line voltage connections to equipment furnished as specified in other sections of these Specifications or shown on other than the Electrical Drawings shall be governed by this Division of the Specifications.

This project includes approximately 0.628 miles of roadway widening and resurfacing along Gardenia Street in Gulf County, FL.

The scope of work for the pickleball courts include the following: a. Contractor shall remove nets and post as necessary to clean courts and assure proper bonding of the new surface. b. Contractor shall fill cracks with acrylic crack filler. c. Contractor to provide and install Guardian Crack Repair System over cracks. d. Contractor to provide and install per the manufacturers recommendation two (2) coats of acrylic colorcoating over entire area of courts. e. Contractor to provide and install per manufacturers recommendation two (2) coats of acrylic Color Concentrate (two tone) to provide in-depth color over court surface. Colors to match existing newer courts or selected by owner. f. Contractor shall locate, mark, and paint two inch (2) wide playing lines in accordance with U.S.A.P.A. regulations using white, textured, heavybodied, acrylic latex paint. g. Contractor shall reinstall nets and posts.

The proposed project is located at the alleyway between N. Bay St. and Harbor St. running from Ave A to Clifford Sims Dr in Port St Joe, Florida. The proposed improvements include re-grading the alleyway with the addition of a roadside swale, stormwater inlets and drainage pipes to convey the stormwater runoff to the existing ditch located on the West side of N. Bay St.
