Description
Total Small Business Set-Aside, 238330 - Flooring Contractors. Flooring installation is normally for the replacement of existing flooring of the same or a different type, but could include an initial flooring installation. The contractor shall provide all materials for each project including, but not limited to, carpet, vinyl composition tile (VCT), luxury vinyl plank (LVP), luxury vinyl tile (LVT), rubber flooring, adhesives, rubber cove base and adhesives, ceramic / porcelain / quarry tile and adhesives, grout, seam sealers, floor patch, transition strips, wood base sealers and finishes, and fastening hardware. Additionally, the contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, labor, transportation, and off-base storage required to perform the work. Base year plus six option years from the date of award, estimated to be by 1 July 2026. A six-month extension of services.
