Description
This Scope of Services defines Respondent's responsibilities associated with conducting a two-part feasibility study that investigates the potential for Bicycle and Pedestrian Only Street and Micromobility opportunities. These potential objectives are consistent with the Citys Comprehensive Plan, Element 2, Transportation, Objective 3, Complete Streets.
Accordingly, this scope of services seeks to investigate Complete Streets forms of transport that can occupy space alongside bicycles and pedestrians, all while reducing greenhouse gas emissions within the Citys Downtown and Midtown districts.
