Manatee County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as County) will receive qualification proposal responses (Proposals) from individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities authorized to do business in the State of Florida (Proposers), to provide professional engineering services.

The work generally consists of: This is a full facility sustainment project that will address maintenance, repairs, and lifecycle replacement for buildings, building equipment and systems, utilities, and components of the 17,083 square foot square foot Readiness Center and supporting assets to keep them in good working order. The project will include sustainment maintenance and repair of items that at nearing or at the end of their useful life, failing or failed, including complete replacement of items as necessary, which is a function of the Sustainment Work Classification. The City of Bradenton is seeking proposals to perform full-service repair and maintenance services including rehabilitation and repair services to the City Center Parking Garage and the Judicial Center Parking Garage to ensure its safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing operation.

This project involves the addition of a new water treatment basin, including all required appurtenances, materials, and equipment (referred to as Basin D). This will also include needed transfer pump capabilities to the Ground Storage Tanks. The existing Basin(s) will be modified to allow for the treatment of additional groundwater through piping upgrades.
