The City of Miami Beach is seeking applications from marine salvage contractors who wish to participate in a prequalification pool that will be used to solicit the removal, towing, impoundment, and disposal of vessels from public waters, on an "as needed" basis as specified herein. Interested contractors may submit an application indicating their intent to become prequalified.
