Description
The Moore Park Gymnasium ("Project") is a new construction development initiative for the City of Miami ("City") at Moore Park ("Park"). The scope of work consists of a 15,854 square foot addition to the existing Community Center for a new multipurpose sports-use Gymnasium. The scope includes, but is not limited to, a gymnasium, restrooms, storage rooms, supporting electrical and IT spaces, and an elevated running track at the second-floor level. The gymnasium will accommodate two (2) high school sized basketball courts positioned side-by-side with a superimposed NBA-sized court, along with small bleachers, scoreboards, and volleyball court configurations. Site improvements include modifications to existing sidewalks, landscaping around the gym perimeter, and parking lot enhancements. The Project also includes an Art in Public Places component, to be coordinated with the Contractor.
