Description
236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The contractor shall provide construction services. The contractor shall furnish and install a new Boiler Plant and a new extension to the existing utility building, a Boiler Control Room adjacent to Building 44 with three (3) new 400-horsepower (HP) Boilers. The contractor shall furnish and install two (2) 400 HP Rental, stand-alone, Dual Fuel, (Natural Gas/Oil) Mobile, Temporary Boilers and a Boiler Control Room to always supply and maintain the Hospital Steam Load during construction as per the 100% construction drawings, narrative, addendums, Physical Security & Resiliency Design Manual (PSRDM), and specifications provided. The Boiler rental shall be provided on a monthly basis until the project is completed and accepted by the Government and is included as part of the overall construction project.
