Description
Scope of Work shall include, but not be limited to: Provide all labor, equipment and materials to renovate the MIA TSA Breakroom including installation of a new 3 ton, roof mounted, packaged DX air conditioning unit to serve the future TSA breakroom; furnishing and installing associated supply and return ductwork, along with supply and return grills, exposed , as required for proper air distribution within the space; installing a new condensate drainage piping system connected to the rooftop unit. The condensate piping shall be routed horizontally above the roof and supported by newly installed, code-compliant rooftop pipe supports. The new AC unit shall be controlled via a wall-mounted temperature sensor located inside the breakroom. CONTRACTOR shall review all documents and scope of work provided by Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD) for work to be completed. Please refer to the Plans & Specs for further description of the scope of work.
