Description

Work under this Contract includes furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment and performing all operations required to construct the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Work includes but is not limited to the construction and installation of drainage control structures, Mantee Gate installations, French drains, miscellaneous drainage improvements, driveway restoration, grading, sodding, Loop Assembly and miscellaneous roadway restoration including construction of concrete curb and gutters, and sidewalks where needed in accordance with the construction plans and specifications LOCATION OF WORK: A. This is a work order driven contract. The locations of work to be performed under the terms of this Contract have been tentatively listed as follows: 1. Dade Blvd. from Washington Avenue to 23rd Street. 2. SW 305 Street and SW 153 Avenue. 3. Raintree Lakes, NE 24 Avenue and NE 197 Street and NE 25 Avenue from NW 200 Street to NE 202 Street.
