Description
The City of Miami (hereinafter referred to as City) is seeking to qualify private commercial franchisee (herein referred to as Franchisee and/or Proposers) to enter into City-Wide Franchise Agreements (hereinafter referred to as Agreement) to provide collection and disposal of all commercial solid waste, bulky trash pickup, and recyclable materials, excluding biomedical, biological, and hazardous waste, to its commercial establishments and multifamily residences with four (4) or more contiguous living units.
