Description

The Village of Key Biscayne, a municipality located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, hereby requests bids from a licensed contractor as further defined in Section 2 of this invitation to bid to provide milling, resurfacing, and roadway reconstruction of Harbor Drive, from Crandon Boulevard to W. Mashta Drive. The work encompasses the full limits of the roadway corridor as defined in the Contract Plans and Technical Specifications. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the Project in strict conformance with the Plans, Specifications, applicable codes, and all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. The scope described herein is intended to convey the general nature and extent of the Work; it is not exhaustive. The Contractor is responsible for all work shown, noted, or reasonably implied by the Contract Documents in full accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained in Section 2 of this Invitation to Bid (ITB).
