Description

This scope of work outlines the rental, installation, and removal of security protection coverings for windows and doors, County-wide. The Awarded Bidder(s) shall be required to provide the following services, on an as-needed basis: Rental: Provide durable and secure protective coverings for windows and doors, available for short-term or long-term rental periods. Installation: Safely and efficiently install the security coverings on all designated windows and doors. This includes measuring, securing, and ensuring the protection meets local safety codes and the specific requirements of the property. Removal: Upon the expiration of the rental period or when no longer needed, remove the security coverings, ensuring no damage is done to the windows, doors, or surrounding property. The Awarded Bidder(s) shall also provide any necessary maintenance during the rental period, including checking for wear or damage, and providing prompt repair or replacement if needed. The work shall be carried out by trained professionals following industry standards for safety and efficiency.
