Description

The purpose of this ITB is to establish a contract, by means of sealed bids, with a qualified firm(s), for the annual inspections, testing certification, repairs, and monitoring services of fire alarm systems at various City facilities for the City of Miami Beach (City), on an as needed basis, in accordance with the prescribed specifications and requirements in Appendix B. The Citys current contract for these services expires in July 2026, therefore the City is seeking a replacement contract. The estimated annual budget for this project to be $70,000.00. The City desires to receive bids from qualified contractors for the inspection, recertification, and maintenance of fire alarm systems as designated throughout the City. Interested vendors are invited to submit bids in response to this ITB. The services are divided into multiple groups: Group A - Fire Alarm Systems Testing, Annual Inspection, and Certification Services Group B - Fire Alarm Systems Repairs Group C - Fire Alarm Systems Monitoring Services BIDDERS MUST SUBMIT PRICING FOR ALL LINE ITEMS WITHIN EACH GROUP.
