Description

The City of Miami Beach Facilities Management Division requests your quote for the roof replacement of the PAL Building pursuant to and in accordance with the specifications contained herein. The project involves replacing the roof of the PAL Building, which has a standard roofing system. Contractor shall visit the site to verify the estimated quantities and overall conditions of the existing site. Contractor to prep all surfaces, including grinding off all existing coatings and thoroughly pressure-cleaning the entire roof. Contractor is responsible for a building department permit and submitting roofing shop drawings in coordination with the as-built for approval. Manufacturers 20-year NDL warranty cost to be included in project bid. Contractor to provide minimum 1-year warranty for materials and workmanship. Contractor shall provide safe, code-compliant access to any roof areas that are not currently accessible. All required ladders, platforms, or other OSHA-compliant access means shall be included in the base bid.
