Work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, tools, transportation, services, permits, related permitting expenses, inspections, and all other items necessary to complete the parking lot lighting. All work shall be done in accordance with the drawing and specifications. The bid price shall include: All related permit fees and permitting expenses related therewith. Removal and lawful off-site disposal of all work-related debris. Daily housekeeping. Maintaining the work site in a minimum broom-clean condition at all times. All work is to be performed in strict accordance with: The latest edition of the Florida Building Code (FBC). All applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Applicable FM Global requirements.
