Equipment, cleaning supplies, and consumable materials shall be approved prior to use by the Departments onsite Supervisor and stored in a clean, neat, and safe manner within designated areas identified by the Departments onsite Supervisor within the facility. All cleaning materials and chemicals shall be kept in their original containers, unless necessary to transfer to a smaller container and/or spray bottle for use. If transferred, label data must be transferred to the smaller containers to ensure personnel safety and proper use, per 29 CFR 1910.1200. Cleaning solvents will only be diluted in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

Sullair Air Compressor, Replacement Parts and Services for several compressors with the Toho Water Authority FL

The Toho Water Authority ("Toho") is soliciting sealed competitive bids from licensed, experienced Contractors to perform traffic maintenance services at various locations throughout the Toho service area, which includes Osceola County and parts of Orange and Polk Counties. This bid will result in a multi-year contract. The bid prices shall include all necessary labor, materials, supervision, equipment, tools, apparatus, transportation, mileage, and required insurance necessary to complete the work in accordance with the specifications herein.

The Toho Water Authority Lift Station K208, located in Kissimmee, requires the replacement of its existing control panel due to advanced corrosion and deterioration. It is critical that the new control panel be designed, manufactured, and delivered in strict accordance with the specified technical requirements to ensure operational reliability and system compatibility.

The Carroll Street Improvements project is designed to improve traffic operations and safety of approximately 1,700 feet (0.33 miles) of the existing Carroll Street from West of Lehigh Avenue to East of Sample Street.
