Description
The project will consist of constructing an approximately a 69.49-acre recreational park with a variety of facilities and amenities. The Site is comprised of two properties split by the Jeffery Street right-of-way. The proposed park elements include construction of multipurpose trails, mountain bike/hiking trails, gardens, a dog park, playgrounds, restroom buildings, maintenance building and parking areas. Proposed infrastructure improvements include Jeffery Street expansion for driveway entries to the north and south parcel, expansion of 67th Street, sanitary sewer, potable water and stormwater drainage systems. The final project shall meet third-party Green Building certification for SITES.
