PROJECT A. Project Name: South Bay Railroad Workers Cottage B. Owner's Name: Palm Beach County. C. Architect's Name: Song + Associates, Inc.. D. The Project consists of the following 1. Miscellaneous renovations such as but not limited to: a. Replacement of the exterior siding & trim, underlayment membrane & wall sheathing (as needed). b. Replacement of the existing asphalt shingle roofing, underlayment membranes, flashings, nailers, fascia & roof sheathing (as needed). c. Replacement of existing windows with new impact rated units. Including Interior & Exterior trim as required. d. Replacement of front & rear steps & railings. e. Selective replacement of deteriorated elements of the front & rear porch assemblies. f. Complete replacement of the existing ADA ramp. g. Miscellaneous interior renovations. h. New water supply & sanitary sewer connections to existing utility sources. i. HVAC DX split system replacement. j. Electrical Panel replacement. k. New F/A, Intrusion Alarm & Telecom installations.
