Description

This is a Request for Information (RFI), is not a request for competitive pricing or a process for the City to purchase; this request is only for information gathering purposes. No award will be made based on the results of this process. Any procurement by the City will be the subject of a separate process and subject to budget approval and a signed contract executed by the City of Delray Beach. The City is issuing this RFI to conduct market research for the assembly and disassembly of the City of Delray Beachs 100 aluminum Christmas Tree and North Pole Villages. Respondents are requested to provide all equipment, materials, labor, tools, and incidentals for transportation, assembly, and disassembly of the 100 aluminum Christmas tree frame, star, wiring harness and branches/lights; decorations, nine (9) holiday village structures, skating rink, fencing, ADA ramps, etc. from the Citys storage facility at 434 S Swinton Avenue to the Old School Square Campus at 51 N Swinton Avenue. This RFI will remain posted until the due date and time indicated. Respondents should submit responses electronically through BidNet Direct with the information requested.
