Description

The Project generally consists of rehabilitation and improvements to Village of Wellington Stormwater Pump Stations Nos. 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, and 9. Work includes selective demolition, replacement and upgrade of pump motor electrical controls, control panels, monitoring equipment, backup power connections, lighting, cameras, ventilation systems, and related mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and site improvements. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, testing, startup, coordination, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall maintain stormwater pump station operation and flood protection throughout construction including project sequencing, coordination with Village operations, and protection/restoration of existing facilities as required.
