Description

The objective of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to secure a qualified and experienced general contractor construction company to provide construction services for the specified restoration work. Through this ITB, the Town will competitively solicit bid proposals for the proposed restoration construction work consistent with the Towns procurement policy. PROJECT SCOPE: The project scope of work consists of two phases of restoration construction work. They are: PHASE 1: Exterior Building Hardening The Phase 1, building exterior hardening consists of the following work items: Existing Roof Replacement Replacement of Exterior Windows and Doors with Impact Rated product Repair / Replace damaged or rotted Exterior Wood Framing Pressure Clean, Patch, Water-proof and Paint the Building Exterior Construct ADA sidewalks to provide ADA access to existing building PHASE 2: Building Interior Modifications Plumbing Improvements HVAC Mechanical Improvements Electrical Improvements Interior Modifications Interior / Exterior Repairs as a result of Improvement Work
