Boynton Beach Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Roof Replacement Project, Boynton Beach, FL

The City of Boynton Beach City Public Works Engineering Department is requesting sealed bids from qualified and experienced firms to provide construction services for the Boynton Beach Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Roof Replacement Project located at 1611 South Seacrest Blvd., Boynton Beach, Florida 33426. The work under this project consists of the complete removal of the existing roofing system and associated components in their entirety from the existing mausoleum (approximately +/- 23,400 SF) and install new torch applied SBS modified bituminous roof membrane system and associated components including roof drains assemblies for a complete installation on the existing Mausoleum building. The scope also includes but is not limited to the cleaning and preparation of existing roofing substrate to comply with manufacturers requirements / written instructions. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, manufactured articles, furnishing all transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, essential communications, etc., as necessary to complete the project, as indicated in the Special Conditions, Special Provisions, Project Design Plans, Technical Specifications and Bid No. 26-065B Documents herein, along with all engineering, shop drawings, and other documentation necessary to obtain all applicable permits and all bonds, securities, licenses and insurance to complete the project as specified herein and within the Project Design Plans. All proposed improvements shall be completed in accordance with the project bid documents, design plans, details, technical specifications/scope of work and all applicable federal, state, county and local regulatory requirements.
