General Information about this solicitation:\nThe Town of Palm Beach (\"TOWN\") is seeking Submittal of Qualifications from qualified painting contractors to perform interior and exterior coating services for various Town facilities and properties on an as-needed/as-required basis including but not limited to, painting, staining, wood refinishing, metal coatings, flooring, coatings (paint & epoxy), masonry/concrete coatings, fiberglass, electrostatic painting/coatings, etc. Pressure cleaning of surfaces prior to applying coatings may be required and shall be included in this solicitation. The Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, tools, labor, management, supervision, trucks, gas, oil, safety equipment and any other materials and equipment necessary to complete the work, as specified.
