Description
This project consists of the repair and rehabilitation of the existing steel framing system, including structural steel wall girts, steel columns, and associated base plates and anchor bolts. Complete Priority Level 1 items. Owner may elect to proceed with Priority Level 2 items. Priority Level 1 items consist of columns with greater than 20% section loss or voids in the steel resulting in a structural steel repair. Priority Level 2 items consist of columns limited to cleaning steel corrosion and coating.
