Hester Community Center HVAC Replacement Project, Boynton Beach, FL

The City of Boynton Beach City Public Works Engineering Department is requesting sealed bids from qualified and experienced firms to prfor the complete replacement of two (2) existing rooftop HVAC units at Ezell Hester Community Center, 1901 N Seacrest Blvd., Boynton Beach, FL 33435. The work includes the disconnection and removal of existing rooftop units and associated curbs, proper disposal of existing refrigerants per EPA Section 608 regulations, removal of abandoned ductwork connection and removal and legal disposal of all said equipment from the premises. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, manufactured articles, furnishing all transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, essential communications, etc., as necessary to complete the project, as indicated in the Special Conditions, Special Provisions, Project Design Plans, Technical Specifications and Bid No. 26-065B Documents herein, along with all engineering, shop drawings, and other documentation necessary to obtain all applicable permits and all bonds, securities, licenses and insurance to complete the project as specified herein and within the Project Design Plans. All proposed improvements shall be completed in accordance with the project bid documents, design plans, details, technical specifications/scope of work and all applicable federal, state, county and local regulatory requirements. The City reserves the right to award to more than one Contractor. The Contractor(s) shall act as an independent contractor and not as an employee of the City.
