The East Central Regional Facilities Operations Board (the "ECR"), through its agent, the City of West Palm Beach (the "City"), is accepting bids from experienced, qualified and responsible contractors to provide all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals necessary to furnish, replace and install two (2) Vogelsang XRipper Grinders for the digested sludge transfer pad at the ECR Wastewater Treatment Facility (the "WWTF").
