Description
State Contracting & Engineering Corp. (SCEC) is the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and is requesting bids from qualified subcontractors on behalf of Palm Beach County. Participation of SBE and DBE firms is encouraged. Bid documents will be available only from SCEC. This project is federally funded and administered through Palm Beach County / Palm Tran, and Davis-Bacon & related acts will apply to all construction work performed on this project. The scope of work may include, but is not limited to, minor painting, removal and replacement of existing coiling roll-up doors to motorize, removal and replacement of existing air compressor equipment, removal and replacement of existing wall-mounted fans, and associated electrical improvements.
