Description
The Town of Palm Beach, Florida (\"The Town\") is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide Renovation work at Phipps Pro Shop. Please see scope attached on Files. All terms and conditions, including Town Forms, from RFQ No. 2024-31 are applicable. The TOWN plans to construct the Phipps Pro shop flooring and Bathroom to demolish existing flooring, tiles, Baseboards and paint ceiling and walls. Work needs to be scheduled to start and finish between July 15-31. Please refer to scope and specifications for complete scope of work.
