The Pasco County Board of County Commissioners invites vendors to submit bids for the construction of a 5 wide sidewalk, driveways, and incidental work to provide a safe pedestrian accessway along Bethwood Avenue, Catalona Avenue, Banbury Avenue, and Lake Drive. The sidewalk improvement will also include 11 bus pads connected along the sidewalk, and 5 isolated bus pads with connections via pedestrian crossings across the roadway, as per the listed Project Specific Conditions.

Fort King Road is a Pasco County-owned collector roadway connecting Gall Boulevard to the south and Daughtery Road to the north, before becoming an east-west thoroughfare at Daughtery Road. Improvements are proposed at the intersection of Eiland Boulevard and Fort King Road to construct a southbound right-turn lane along the southbound approach. The total length of widening, including taper and transition, is approximately 300 feet.

The work shall be constructed in accordance with the construction plans prepared by Kimley-Horn dated February 2026. The plans, specifications, and details included in the Contract Documents govern the work in its entirety.

Green Slope Drive is a City-owned collector roadway connecting Kossik Road to the north and Daughtery Road to the south. Improvements are proposed at the intersection of Daughtery Road and Green Slope Drive to construct a southbound right-turn lane along the southbound approach. The total length of widening, including taper and transition, is approximately 220 feet.

The work also includes electrical pump upgrades at the northwest corner of the intersection, including replacement and automation of existing equipment as shown in the plans.

The work shall be constructed in accordance with the construction plans prepared by Kimley-Horn dated March 2025. The plans, specifications, and details included in the Contract Documents govern the work in its entirety.

The Project is located in the City of New Port Richey, Florida, with multiple project locations as listed below: Madison Street, from Massachusetts Avenue south to Pennsylvania Avenue Florida Avenue, from Main Street to Madison Street Nebraska Avenue, from Adams Street to Madison Street Missouri Avenue, from Lafayette Street to Madison Street Delaware Avenue, from Lafayette Street to Grand Boulevard. The Work is generally described as furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services and incidentals necessary to provide the Owner with the following project elements: Approximately 2,250 Linear Feet of 8-inch PVC and HDPE Water Main. Approximately 5,700 Linear Feet of 6-inch PVC and HDPE Water Main. Miscellaneous piping, valves, associated piping appurtenances, connections to existing water systems, various service assemblies, etc. Restoration of asphalt pavement, curbing, sidewalks, driveways, pavement marking, etc. All work shall be in accordance with the construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Pasco County (County) requests proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and construction services for the Bob Thomas Memorial District Park at Two Rivers project (Project) in Pasco County, Florida. These services will be coordinated with an architectural and engineering consultant (the Design Professional) through the design and construction phases of the Project. The CMAR will be chosen to manage and complete the design of all required engineering, permitting, and construction administration of the new park. The Project will be managed of the Countys Parks, Recreation, and Natural Resources and Facilities Management Departments.
