Description
The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, temporary protection, tools, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with the project specifications, construction documents, good construction practices, and overall requirements. The work includes but is not limited to renovation of public restrooms to include new unisex restroom(s) that meets the latest ADA requirements. As well as removal and replacement to update existing light fixtures to newer and more modern ones.
