The St. Johns River Water Management District (District) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured dealers, contractors, or installers (Seller) for the purchase, delivery, setup, and turnkey installation of one double-wide manufactured/mobile home (Home). The Home shall be a new three-bedroom, two-bath double-wide manufactured/mobile home, approximately 1,280 square feet, plus or minus ten percent.

The City of St. Augustine is looking for a qualified Contractor to perform the bell tower reconstruction at Trinity Independent Church. Reconstruction work shall consist of demolition, salvage, restoration and reconstruction of interior and exterior surfaces.

The City of St. Augustine is soliciting competitive, sealed bids from experienced and licensed contractors for tree maintenance services at various City properties including parks, retention areas, rights-of-way and other areas. Services include trimming, pruning, removal, stump grinding, stump removal, clean up and disposal of trees and debris, technical assistance, and emergency response. All work is located within the incorporated City limits of St. Augustine, Florida. The chosen contractor will handle both scheduled and on-call tree services, especially after severe weather. Tasks may include removing trees and branches, raising canopies, clearing vegetation near power lines and buildings, hauling debris, and cleaning up sites, all while following local, state, and federal rules. The City looks forvendors who are professional, reliable, and skilled in tree care, with the right licenses, insurance, and compliance with ANSI A300 standards. We want a partner who puts safety, quick response, and quality work first, so our City stays safe, accessible, and attractive all year.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary for the installation of sidewalks, ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) detectable warning surfaces, signage, and various surficial utility adjustments along South Dixie Highway from SR-207 to Davis Street ( Exhibit B for a overview Map), in accordance with the Pedestrian Improvements Phase 1 plans, Exhibit A. The Contractor shall be responsible for field verification of dimensions and elevations and shall provide all necessary layout and staking required for construction.

St. Johns County is soliciting quotes from qualified Suppliers to provide landscaping services for the installation of large Bahama White Shell Coquina at the Health and Human Services (HHS) building located at 200 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL 32084.

Contractor shall provide labor and materials to perform scheduled inspection and maintenance (as detailed in Exhibit A) and as-needed repairs on the two (2) Trane Centrifugal Chillers, Model CVHF0570, Serial Number L15B00783 and Model CVHF0570, Serial Number L15B00799, located outside of the Hogle Center, building #27.

St. Johns County is requesting Qualifications from firms licensed to provide professional engineering services in the State of Florida for multiple water infrastructure projects within the Mainland Utility Service Area. Services may include planning, evaluation, design, permitting, hydraulic modeling, bidding assistance, and construction phase services associated with water treatment facilities, finished water blending and transfer systems, reliability upgrades, and long-term utility infrastructure planning. Projects include the Trout Creek Water Treatment Plant, Northwest to CR214 Finished Water Blend & Transfer Station, CR214 Water Treatment Plant Reliability Upgrades, and the CR214 Future Improvements Facility Plan.

The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit Qualifications from Respondents licensed to perform professional engineering services in the State of Florida, in accordance with Florida Statutes 287.055 (CCNA), for the planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services for the Northwest Water Reclamation Facility Expansion.

The Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) seeks qualified Design-Build teams for the comprehensive renovation of the Walker Annex (Building #7), including the removal and replacement of the existing Library addition, to modernize the facility and support evolving program needs. The project consists of a full interior remodel; reconfiguration of administrative, educational, media, and library spaces; replacement and upgrade of HVAC, lighting, fire protection, and technology systems; and new finishes throughout, along with targeted exterior improvements including roof and window replacement, accessibility upgrades, and building envelope repairs. The Design-Build team will validate and refine the building program in coordination with stakeholders and advance the project from bridging/criteria documents to a complete design and construction solution. Work will occur on an active campus, requiring careful phasing, safety, and security coordination.
