The Douglasville Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority (the Authority) is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the performance of the Anneewakee Retreat 20-Inch Sewer Line Rehabilitation (the Project), as more fully described in the Invitation for Bids. The scope of work includes the provision by the bidder or contractor of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work. The Project will be turnkey and require minimal involvement of Authority personnel. The work to be performed shall include the rehabilitation of approximately 4,427 linear feet of existing 20-inch DIP sewer main on West Chapel Hill Road by installation of cured in place pipe (CIPP). The Authority will provide an access road and a bypass line to take flow off the subject sewer main.

The project scope includes the installation of approximately 1,500 linear feet of eight-foot fence along Chicago Ave including (2) twenty-foot motorized gate systems for the employee and truck entrance. The new fence will be installed in the same location as the existing fence in front of the DOT Maintenance Complex. Douglas County will be responsible for all demolition of the existing fence, trees and debris. The County will also be responsible for installing power, access control, and Knox Box for both gates.

The Douglasville-Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority (the "Authority') is soliciting quotes from qualified contractors for the Birdie Drive Stormwater Improvement Project (Phase 1) (the "Project") Work to be performed should include installing an engineered Cured-In=Place Pipe (CIPP) liner in an existig corrugated metal pipe (CMP) storm sysem.

The City of Douglasville (the City or Owner) is seeking to add improvements to the Rose Avenue at Roselake Circle / Fairways Drive intersection. This project will upgrade the traffic signal and upgrade the signing, striping and sidewalks at the Rose Avenue intersection. The traffic signal will include mast arms and video detection with underground connectivity.

The Douglas County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for pavement markings on various roads throughout Douglas County, Georgia. The initial term of this bid is from July thru December 2026 then January 2027 for a one-year period, with options to renew for three (3) additional one-year terms. The work covered by this Invitation will be scheduled and released as individual Purchase Orders by Douglas County staff. Each Purchase Order shall contain the road(s), including termini, length, and required striping components (centerline, edge lines, lane markings, etc.) Bid prices shall be firm and valid for a 1-year period of an executed contract. Our intent is to solicit approximately 11.4 miles of roadway striping during term year one, excluding unforeseen challenges.

This project will remark on the existing markings for Runway 4/22 at Douglas Municipal Airport. In addition to the remarking, the scope will include crack seal to help preserve the existing pavement. The duration of construction is 10 consecutive calendar days, and will be coordinated with the engineer, owner, and GDOT. All applicable FAA and GDOT requirements will be followed as further listed within the contract.
