Description
The County of Forsyth is seeking bids for the providing of all materials, equipment and labor for HVAC Replacement at Forsyth County Fire Stations 1 & 12.
Contractor will be responsible for performing all work detailed in the following project:
Bid Item No. 1: The Project includes renovation of the existing mechanical systems for Fire Station 1. This includes enlarging the existing mechanical platform above ceiling to house new mechanical units. See file labeled: 25025_FS #1 RENOVATION_PERMIT COMMENTS_03042026 and,
Bid Item No. 2: The Project includes renovation of the existing mechanical systems for Fire Station 12. This includes a new exterior elevated platform and new concrete pad to house new equipment. See file labeled: 25025_FS #12 RENOVATION_PERMIT COMMENTS_03162026,
