Description
Total Small Business Set-Aside, 561210 - Facilities Support Services. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and management necessary to provide caretaker, security, facility maintenance, grounds maintenance, and property inventory services required to maintain the center in a safe and operational condition. Services are required to sustain operational status and prevent damage, deterioration, loss, or unauthorized access to Government-owned property and facilities. 3 month base period and one three 3 month option period. (11/01/2026 to 01/31/2027)
