Total Small Business Set-Aside, 561730 - Landscaping Services. This is a non-personal services contract to provide grounds maintenance services for the U.S. Army Garrison Fort Stewart (FS) and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF), Georgia. The Contractor shall inspect, service, maintain, and landscape grounds. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform all grounds maintenance service tasks and frequencies. PoP The base period of performance will be from 01 November 2026 to 31 August 2027. This includes a 2-month phase-in period from 01 September 2026 to 31 October 2026, followed by four (4) one-year option periods beginning each 01 September thereafter.
