1) At 36 dwelling units, and the THA maintenance shop, remove all existing shingles, felt, nails, screws, and staples to expose the underlying sheathing. 2) Inspect the sheathing for damage and repair as necessary. Inspect and repair damaged fascia and soffit. 3) Install self-adhered ice & water shield membrane (GAF Weather watch) over the bottom 3 of the roof, over the rake of the roof, up the side of any roof pitch changes, and over any penetrations in the roof for an area of 2x2. 4) Install black 2x3 drip edge over the roof edges. 5) Install GAF Deck Armor underlayment over the entire roof. 6) Install GAF ProStart starter strip shingles 7) Install GAF Timberline HDZ Charcoal shingles using high-wind nailing pattern (6 nails per shingle) 8) Install new roof boots at all penetrations. 9) Install ridge vents & ridge shingles 10) Install rain diverter over doors and a/c units color matched to match drip edge 11) Provide an estimate for each building type, labor only, and a materials list. The THA will provide all materials.
