Total Small Business Set-Aside, 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. This project is comprised of the construction/reconstruction of the Sam Owen Campground located on the Sandpoint Ranger District of the Idaho Panhandle National Forests. Work will include removal of existing improvements, construction/reconstruction of roads, parking areas, parking spurs, and camp sites, including excavation, placement of gravel, and asphalt paving, placement of wheel stops, and installation of road and site signage. Also included is reconstruction/replacement of utility connections such as water, sewer, and electrical connections, installation of gates, and placement of barrier boulders. Recreation site improvements will include installation of tables, fire rings, and storage boxes.

The City of Harrison, Idaho will be accepting bids for the work of constructing sidewalk, a pedestrian ramp, and reconstruction of a portion of roadway along Frederick Ave, between Garfield St., and Pine St.

The project generally consists of constructing a 1.0 MG water storage tank, concrete foundation and retaining wall, 8 and 16 site piping installation, including valving, surface repair, and other associated work. The project will also include the construction of a paved access road and a new bike trail to connect to the existing trail network on neighboring property.

For the work of parking lot improvements including grading, re-paving, curb and gutter, sidewalk, soft spot repair, approaches and project includes a new tennis complex comprised of two tennis courts.

The project includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and replace artificial turf within the playground areas totaling approx. 9,200 sq. ft. at McEuen Park playground located at 504 E. Front Ave.. Work includes fencing and signage to ensure safety and removal and off-site disposal of the existing turf and pad.
