Project Description: The Work is described as: providing all materials and labor for the construction of a drone shop and parking lot at the Ada County Weed, Pest and Mosquito Abatement complex, located at 975 E. Pine Ave., Meridian, Idaho 83642.

The work includes the placement of approximately 2400 tons of plant mix pavement on 3rd Street, 2nd Street, Ash Street, Larkspur Street, and Lupine Street. Existing asphalt on 2nd Street, Ash Street, Larkspur Street, and Lupine Street will be removed prior to paving. Work will include traffic control and all related work. It is the intent of the project documents to describe the work required to complete this project in sufficient detail to secure comparable bids. All parts of work not specifically mentioned which are necessary in order to provide a complete installation shall be included in the bid and shall conform to all Local, State and Federal requirements.

Scope of Work: These professional services are primarily for Airport Improvement Program (AIP) and Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) funded airport capital improvement projects. Anticipated projects include: runway, taxiway and apron pavement (PCC concrete and asphalt) rehabilitation, construction of cargo aprons, safety area improvements, airfield geometry changes, airfield lighting upgrades, storm water improvements, roadway construction, utility infrastructure, environmental documentation, security fence and gate, Safety Risk Management facilitator services, AGIS survey services, equipment specifications, Architectural design services, and other Engineering services as needed.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to prepare and paint designated exterior building elements at the Boise VA Medical Center, 500 West Fort Street, Boise, ID 83702. The project is to prepare and paint various exterior building elements at the Boise VA Medical Center. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision, follow manufacturer instructions and VA standards, and coordinate all work with the COR and Facility Engineering. Key requirements include cleaning, repairing, and priming surfaces; protecting surrounding areas; matching existing colors; and fixing any damage caused during the work. All surfaces must be properly prepped by removing dirt, loose paint, and defects, then patched and spot primed as needed.

Total Small Business Set-Aside, 237110 - Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction. The USDA Agricultural Research Service in Kimberly, Idaho, requires a new lateral move sprinkler irrigation system with variable rate irrigation (VRI) controls to be installed on a 20-acre field for research use. An option is included for a second identical VRI lateral move system to be installed on an adjacent field.

Total Small Business Set-Aside, 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. This project is comprised of the construction/reconstruction of the Sam Owen Campground located on the Sandpoint Ranger District of the Idaho Panhandle National Forests. Work will include removal of existing improvements, construction/reconstruction of roads, parking areas, parking spurs, and camp sites, including excavation, placement of gravel, and asphalt paving, placement of wheel stops, and installation of road and site signage. Also included is reconstruction/replacement of utility connections such as water, sewer, and electrical connections, installation of gates, and placement of barrier boulders. Recreation site improvements will include installation of tables, fire rings, and storage boxes.

Scope of Work: Design-Build services for a skate spot project featuring poured in place concrete and prefabricated steel rails and coping with smooth transitions. Design-Build Team will work with the City of Boise to provide a preliminary design of poured in place skatepark elements. The Design-Build Team will furnish all design engineering services, project management, administration, materials, equipment, transportation, housing, insurance, and daily expenses to meet the requirements of this scope and schedule of work specifications.

The Bannock Pumping Plan Modernization Construction Project (Project) will rehabilitate the existing pumping plant and construct new auxiliary features that support continued annual operations and provide safe, reliable irrigation delivery to irrigation customers. The Project also includes rehabilitating a nearby irrigation canal mechanical screening facility to reduce manual maintenance and improve operational safety.
