Project Description: Vendor shall provide comprehensive custodial services for designated County facilities located throughout Ada County. The selected vendor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, chemicals, supplies, quality control measures, and administrative oversight necessary to perform the required services. Services include routine and periodic cleaning, floor and carpet care, restroom sanitation, waste and recycling removal, supply management, inspections, employee supervision, and emergency response services.

Scope: Providing and servicing portable restrooms at approximately 35 City-owned locations, maintaining sanitary and accessible facilities with varying service frequencies based on usage. Services generally run from October 15 to April 15, though specific needs may vary by location..

Scope of Work: The vendor will provide professional geotechnical evaluation, construction materials testing, laboratory testing, and special inspection services on an as-needed, task-order basis for municipal project.

This project is to relocate the overhead power to underground power, install a new electrical disconnect, and replace pump controls at the Salmon River Seed Orchard Pump Station. The project will correct several electrical deficiencies at the Salmon River Seed Orchard Pump Station, that have resulted in hazardous conditions and equipment failures. The project would include removing existing overhead power, weather head, and pole and replacing it with new underground service to new Type 4, 400A, 480V, 3 phased disconnect switch and post. The Boise VA Medical Center is seeking a vendor to remove approximately 475 square feet of asbestos containing black mastic, under non-asbestos floor tile, in our former medical records room. The chosen contractor must be capable of providing personnel, supervision, equipment, supplies, certifications, transportation, waste disposal, and other resources necessary for asbestos abatement in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. The Contractor shall remove approximately 475 square feet of asbestos containing black mastic located under non-asbestos floor tile. The asbestos containing materials must be removed from the base concrete floor of Room G26 without causing noticeable damage. All flooring materials within the scope of work must be removed from the Boise VA Medical Center campus and disposed of in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
