Scope of Work: The purpose of this project is to provide necessary improvements for airport tenant Micron Technology's new hangar and apron facility. There will also be upgrades to the sanitary sewer system in the area.

A description of the work of this project can generally be summarized to include: This project consists of developing a previously undeveloped site for a new brine facility for Lakes Highway District. The chosen contractor must be capable of providing personnel, supervision, equipment, supplies, certifications, transportation, waste disposal, and other resources necessary for asbestos abatement in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. The Contractor shall remove approximately 475 square feet of asbestos containing black mastic located under non-asbestos floor tile. The asbestos containing materials must be removed from the base concrete floor of Room G26 without causing noticeable damage. All flooring materials within the scope of work must be removed from the Boise VA Medical Center campus and disposed of in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
