Work generally consists of the construction of a Snow Removal Equipment Building (approximate gross size 2,025 sft) with associated utility extensions, and vehicle access to roadway. Work includes sitework to construct the new building to include: surveying, erosion control, excavation, embankment, base course, asphalt paving, stormwater modifications and improvements, utility work, topsoil, seeding and other miscellaneous items. Building items include permitting, foundation and floor concrete, wood or steel framing and erection of trusses, insulation, overhead and man doors, HVAC, roofing, and electrical.

The Boise VA Medical Center is seeking a vendor to remove approximately 475 square feet of asbestos containing black mastic, under non-asbestos floor tile, in our former medical records room. The chosen contractor must be capable of providing personnel, supervision, equipment, supplies, certifications, transportation, waste disposal, and other resources necessary for asbestos abatement in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. The Contractor shall remove approximately 475 square feet of asbestos containing black mastic located under non-asbestos floor tile. The asbestos containing materials must be removed from the base concrete floor of Room G26 without causing noticeable damage. All flooring materials within the scope of work must be removed from the Boise VA Medical Center campus and disposed of in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
Project Scope: The work entails demolition, removal, and operational installation of several pump systems at the Ada County Courthouse (200 W Front Street, Boise, ID): Penthouse (6th Floor): Replacement of 4 existing pump units. [1] Sally Port Basement: Replacement of 2 existing sewer ejector pumps. Garage: Demolition and replacement of existing sump pumps, rail systems, and floats. HVAC Systems: Replacement of chilled water primary/secondary pumps, heating water primary/secondary circulating pumps, and associated VFDs. Supporting Work: Piping revisions, fittings, insulation removal/repair, electrical disconnect/reconnect, controls disconnect/reconnect, startup, and testing.
