Improvements to a Dual Structure - Interstate 57 (I-57) over Big Four Ditch about 2.4 miles South of IL 9 in Ford County, Springfield, IL

The scope of the project consists of full reconstruction of the bridges, SN 027-0052 & SN 027-0053, along with their approach slabs. Additional roadway improvements consist of pavement resurfacing or overlay, pavement patching, shoulder reconstruction, and construction/removal of temporary crossovers north and south of the reconstructed bridges. Other items include all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete as shown in the plans and described herein.
