This work consists of removing and disposing of Litter and Debris that has accumulated within the right-of-way of the Interstate Routes, including, but not limited to, medians; inside and outside areas adjacent to exit and entrance ramps at various interchanges; interchange gore areas between mainline and ramps; and inside and outside of on/off ramps at rest areas within District 3.
