Description
The City of Geneva requests prices for the demolition and removal of the barn structure and all associated agricultural outbuildings, silos, and related infrastructure located at 64 N. Peck Road, Geneva, Illinois. Demolition scope includes: Complete demolition and removal of the main barn structure (estimated 60' x 120', twostory timber frame). Removal of any silos on the property. Removal of all concrete pads, foundation walls, and footings associated with demolished structures. Backfill of all foundation voids and excavations with clean compactable fill; grade and topsoil all disturbed areas with a minimum of four (4) inches of topsoil. Furnish and install temporary construction fencing before and during all site activities. All utilities to the barn have been disconnected. All demolition debris must be hauled from site and properly disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations.
